Borjomi

I crossed into Georgia from the Azerbaijan-Georgia border, and traveled through Georgia for 18 days. I saw some old videos on Youtube where many tourists were scammed and robbed in Tbilisi, especially non-white people, so I was a little worried initially. But just after spending a few days in Georgia I found it to be very safe. Here are some of the things that I noticed in Georgia.

Dogs, you will see a lot of them, in cities most dogs are vaccinated and usually they don't attack people.
A lot of tourists visit Georgia every year, tourism is a big part of Georgia's economy
Georgia is a beautiful country with lush greenery and a lot of snow in winter, and people are friendly.
A lot of Russians have moved to Georgia, especially after the start of the Russia-Ukraine war.
Travelling between the cities is easy, a lot of marshrutkas and buses are available.
Georgia is definitely trying to join the European Union, almost everywhere in Georgia you would see the Georgia and EU flag together. But Russia would definitely not like a neighboring country joining the EU and NATO.
