Vladivostok International Marathon VII
Woke up early, there were few people in the hostel, they were running full Marathon. After getting ready, drank a coffee and ate some biscuits. Walked to the Central Square for the transportation to the starting point of the 10 KM run. Got into the bus and it dropped everyone at the starting point of the 10KM run.
There was still more than 2 hours in the start of the run, everyone just spent time walking to the nearby sea shore. Weather was very good, cloudy and windy. It also drizzled in middle of the run. The 10K run started from Barkhatnaya Street, running over Zolotoy Bridge and ending at Central Square. For Half or Full Marathon you would run over both Zolotoy and Russky Bridge. I finished my 10K in 1:02:38 (chip time).
Event was well organised, there was facility to store your bag and other things, and you get it on the finish line at the Central Square. Clicked some photos, ate an orange, drank some water and then went to my hostel.
Took shower, packed my bags, checked out of hostel and quickly walked to Vokzal to catch Airport train to Vladivostok International Airport (VVO), I reached Vokzal at 11:40 AM, bought the ticket of 500 roubles and train departed at 11:51 AM. Reached airport in an hour, check in and got my boarding pass. There was a Stolovaya, ate there.
Boarded the Aeroflot flight from Vladivostok to Moscow, a long flight, 8 hours. I was really tired. The flight landed around 5 PM Moscow time at the Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO), took the Airport train to reach the city. Got down at the Belorussky Railway station, walked to Belorusskaya Metro station, took the metro to Pavletskaya. Walked to the InterQube hostel, checked in, ate, drank a coffee and slept.
