In the morning I took a VietJet flight from Hanoi to Bangkok, reached Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in the afternoon, immigration was smooth, immigration officer just asked me how long I will be staying in Thailand. Collected my bag, there were a lot of counters selling sim cards but their prices felt inflated to me.

Took Thai currency from an ATM at the airport, I had to go to Pattaya from the airport. Purchased the bus ticket to Pattaya from the airport, boarded the bus, it was around a 1:30 hour journey. I got down near a 7-Eleven in Pattaya city, walked to the 7-Eleven store, used the mobile hotspot to book a Grab bike to my hostel.

Checked-in to Sindy's hostel, took rest and later in the evening I walked to Terminal 21 mall to collect my Bib for the Pattaya Marathon 2024. I was running 21 KM in the Pattaya Marathon 2024. Got my Bib for the run and also purchased an AIS sim card from a shop inside the mall, the sim card price was much cheaper than at the airport.
