Got up early and got ready, drank a tea, packed my bags and checked-out from Timber hostel. Booked a Grab bike to Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal also known as Sai Tai Mai. I had to catch the 7:30 AM bus from Bangkok to SuratThani, I reached the bus terminal at 6:30 AM. At Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal, ticket counters are at 2^nd floor, and the buses arrive and depart from the ground floor.

Walked to the 7-Eleven store at the ground floor, bought some food items for the long journey. Then I walked to 2^nd floor, showed my 12Go ticket voucher and my passport to the lady at the ticket counter, and she gave me the actual ticket. The Bangkok Bus Lines bus from Bangkok to SuratThani was parked at the departure gate.

Boarded the bus, there were very few passengers, most of the seats were empty, my seat was 8D, a window seat on the upper deck. The bus departed from Bangkok at 7:30 AM, picked up a passenger from Hua Hin bus station and later from Chumphon bus station. The bus made a stop for 25 minutes in between. In the SuratThani region I saw a lot of Coconut trees on both sides of the road.

The bus reached SuratThani bus station at 5:45 PM, and I booked a Grab bike to my hostel. I stayed at the Port Hostel, at night I ate at the roadside stall near the river. Ate Chicken curry with rice and Fish with rice, and drank Teh Tarik. I enjoyed my food, walked back to my hostel and went to bed.
